The Hmoob Enterprise, Co., Member Pledge
As a member of www.hmoobdating.com, and as a condition to remaining a member of www.hmoobdating.com, I represent and certify that:

• I am at least eighteen (18) years old.
• I have never been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense. (This certification will be subject to Hmoob Enterprise, Co.'s criminal screening process.)
• I am not currently legally married or, if I am legally married, I am legally separated and this fact will remain posted on my personal profile until such time as I am legally divorced. (This certification will be subject to Hmoob Enterprise, Co.'s screening process.)
• I will post to my personal profile only those photographs taken within five (5) years of the date posted.

• I will be truthful, accurate and complete in the information presented in my personal profile and I will not impersonate any person or entity.

• I will truthfully answer the questions in the Hmoob Enterprise, Co., tests, surveys or similar exercises completed through the service.
• I will only create one unique profile for the service provided. I will not include any telephone numbers, street addresses, surnames, URLs, or outside email addresses in any content, email, chat message or any other communication until such communication reaches the level of open communication between member-users of the service.
• I will treat all fellow members with dignity and respect as I expect such dignity and respect in return.
• I will not post or otherwise use the website to transfer any obscene, threatening, abusive, defamatory, profane, intimidating, harassing or otherwise hateful or illegal material when using the service or in communications with Hmoob Enterprise, Co., employees or other Hmoob Enterprise, Co., members.

• I will not inflict bodily injury on any person or damage or destroy any property, nor will I engage in conduct that may result in bodily injury to any person or damage to or destruction of any property.
• I will not persist with unwanted contact, inappropriate communications, or other forms of invasion of a person's privacy in a manner that causes fear to the recipient otherwise known as “stalking.”

• I will use the service in a manner that is and post only content that is consistent with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
• I agree to all terms of the Hmoob Enterprise, Co., Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
• I will only use the service for my sole, personal use and I will not disclose my password others to or authorize others to use the service or otherwise attempt to transfer my right to use the service to any other person or entity.
• I will not engage in any advertising or solicitation to buy or sell any products or services through the website and I will not transmit any spam, “chain” mail or junk mail to other Hmoob Enterprise, Co., members.

• I will not copy, post, transfer, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce any copyrighted, trademarked or proprietary information or materials without the prior consent or license from the owner of such property or appropriate party, and will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice of any protected material.
• I will not use any spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mine or in any way reproduce, recreate, disrupt, interfere with or circumvent the structure or presentation of the website or its contents.
• I will not modify, decipher, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise disassemble any portion of the service or the website or any software used in conjunction with or for the service, or cause others to do so.
• I will not upload or transmit any material whatsoever that contains software viruse(s) or any other code, file or program designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• I will not manipulate identifiers or use scramblers to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the service.
• I will not transclude any part of the service or the website associated with the service, or use hyperlinks or metatags mentioning www.hmoobdating.com, without the prior written consent of Hmoob Enterprise, Co.

• I agree to pay all charges incurred for the use of the service. I acknowledge that Hmoob Enterprise, Co., may provide free trial offers of various lengths, that such offers are subject to additional terms and conditions and that I will review and accept all applicable terms and conditions before I select a trial offer. I acknowledge that Hmoob Enterprise, Co., will charge my account following the expiration of my trial offer if I have not properly canceled according to the provisions of this Agreement before the expiration.
• I will notify Hmoob Enterprise, Co., promptly of any member's violation of this Pledge. I understand that Hmoob Enterprise, Co., is dedicated to maintaining a safe, ethical environment for people to meet. (Please notify Hmoob Enterprise, Co., at customersupport@hmoobdating.com if you suspect that a member is not complying with the member code of ethics or if you have any related concerns or questions.)

As a member of www.hmoobdating.com, I agree that Hmoob Enterprise, Co., has the full right to investigate me, prosecute me individually and/or terminate my account and cancel my subscription if I have violated the terms of this Pledge, misused the service, or behaved in any way which could be regarded as inappropriate, illegal or unsafe.
